How It Works

Our Handy Squad Process

  1. Spot something at home or work that needs fixing? It’s helpful to take a photo of the issue.

  2. Contact us by WhatsApp at 604‑360‑0419, email Handysquadservices@gmail.com, or fill out our online booking form.

  3. We’ll take your payment details to confirm the booking, but you’re free to pay with a different card later.

  4. For larger or more complex jobs, one of our experts—handyman, electrician, or plumber—will visit to assess and provide a quote.

  5. For simpler tasks, we’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our tradespeople to come out and do the job.

  6. Based on your info, we estimate how long the job will take and book a time slot—usually allowing a one-hour window for arrival.

  7. When the tradesperson arrives, they’ll show valid ID and reassess the job to confirm or adjust the time needed.

  8. Work starts, and time is recorded.

  9. When finished, you’ll receive a detailed job ticket and cost breakdown to review and sign.

  10. Payment by card or cheque is taken before the tradesperson leaves, and a receipt is emailed to you automatically.

  11. If you’re not happy with the work, contact us—we’ll fix it free of charge.

  12. Charges are in half-hour increments, with a minimum of one hour per job.
